- Student Enrolment: Aadhaar number (as permitted under applicable law), passport-size photographs, mark sheets, identity documents, and bank account details for fee processing.
- Callback & Contact Forms: Name, email, phone number, and any message you provide.
- Event Registration: Name, institution, contact details, and preferences.

- Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral URLs, click patterns, and navigation paths.

- Managing the student lifecycle through UniOs, our AI-powered management system.
- Communicating about courses, events, results, fee reminders, and institutional updates.

- Complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements (UGC, AICTE, BCI, INC, PCI, state universities).

- Placement Partners: Recruiting companies for placement purposes, with your consent.
- Service Providers: Hosting providers, payment gateways, email services, and analytics platforms that assist in operating our services, bound by confidentiality agreements.

- Enquiry & Application Data: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission if you do not enrol.

- Payment Records: Retained for 8 years as required under Indian tax and financial regulations.
